The use of the Online Cost Estimating System requires a user name and password. Access and use of this online system constitutes an agreement to abide by all regulations and confidentiality measures established by the CUMC Research Pharmacy, the Office of Clinical Trials, Columbia University and the New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Failure to comply with all agreements constitutes a violation of usage and is subject to all applicable disciplinary actions as required.
