IVRS - Interactive Voice Response System

Introduction

Leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies are constantly seeking ways to manage clinical processes more efficiently and bring drugs to market faster.

CUMC Research Pharmacy offers an “interactive voice response systems (IVRS) for the distribution of multicenter clinical trial drug kits and supplies. The IVRS system supports inbound calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Common pharmacy applications for IVRS includes patient randomization and drug supply management. These systems are used mainly for patient enrollment and randomization, clinical supplies management, and patient data collection and cleaning.
